Juz now nearly dio disturbed again.. 9.03pm my dad come in, he wanna ON THE TV IN MY ROOM LOR. U know wad. 8pm i was watching 創業無敵手 outside.. then he ask me go in watch coz he wanna watch ch5. (actually he never watch de he juz wan to disturb me). So ok lor. X Family is most important liao i dun mind let u have the whole tv outside. Wa piang let him watch liao he still wan to come in on lor.
PURPOSELY DE LAR.
But i push him out, bang my door and lock it. Then i shout '今天最後一集了，求求你給我看完，不要吵我！十點過後要吵，吵到夠'. think he oso sense X Family is so important to me coz everyday i watch. then he stop disturb me liao.
Today afternoon was wondering, after X Family is wad show? I know ISWAK is repeating but i thought is repeat at 8pm.. OMG
Now i'm confused.. so 惡作劇2吻 is 接檔 from 公主小妹 or weekdays 9pm de? coz b4 X Family start, 9pm everyday is 終極一班.. They always repeat the previous part b4 the next part release..
If is 接檔 公主小妹, then abit cham liao.. coz.. VERSUS 三立's '斗牛，要不要' lar! Also STRONG de lor.. Their 導演 is 高收視保證's '劉俊傑' !!! But 惡作劇2吻's 維尼雄 瞿有寧 also 收視保證 de lei..
Say dao 原聲帶.. got a bad news.. 公主小妹 WILL NOT HAVE SOUNDTRACK!! Becoz both Angela and FLH's company want to have these songs in their personal album..

Went jogging after i reach home today..
Today got improve leh.. Past few times (erm..alot mths ago), everytime i go down jog *once in a while*, everytime run till basketball court there super 喘, must stop coz cannot breathe. Then walk back home liao. But today i run till quite far and never stop but continuous run back without stopping sia. And i dun hav the cannot breathe going to die de 喘 sia.
Izzit becoz everyday walk to n fro MRT station then got train abit? Or izzit becoz today i got bring mp3 along with me? Music keeps me going.
Wanna run 4 times a week, dinner won't eat much. Unless is Subway or gathering with good friends, if not my dinner will juz be very little only. Lol i everytime say say onli de lor. Can ignore one.
