Am at church now.
My room is reali damn messy. I just throw everything on e table, it's really damn messy. Sweets, papers, receipts, magazines, notes, books, bags, clothes, all pile up one another on the table. My floor oso full of plastic bags, clothes hangers etc etc etc.
Just DAMN messy.
That someone whom i kept saying very bth her, resigned.
But MOST of us still VERY can't stand her irresponsibility. Except my mentor & the phil. asst FM ba...
Previously her responsibility already is zero, now is NEGATIVE ok.
Was so pissed everyday.
Cheques out, she just put aside n never even care at all. Suppliers & Sub-Cons keep calling n calling n calling... i thought she will release them so first few days i made up all sort of excuses '"short 1 signature" "boss not ard"
But till a stage really no more excuses, i went to ask her... She ask me dig myself n release if i wan. WTH?! Then we had to ask e director's PA to help us call suppliers to collect cheques.
Her AR also never do...
Last week gave her de sub-con claims to prepare cheques, till yesterday it's still on her tray. Never prepare payment.
This week happened quite some issues...
Last wk i sent out an empty cheque although i'm v guilty n sorry coz it's my fault for not checking all the signatures properly, but i still feel that if she had done her job, i won't have any chance to touch the cheques or mail out at all.
This supplier oso k.n.s, last last FRI 27 March we got the news that we made a mistake. We called them and requested them to mail back to us so that we can get it signed asap n give them again.. U know, they wait till this week, Mon 6th Apr then i receive their cheque back!!!!!! Then at the same time our site complain to their GM that this particular supplier alr stop going to site to work!!!!
I was so pissed. If you really need this $ till will stop work, then y purposely wait till 1 week later then send back the cheque? They purposely de lor. The cheque is only $1k+ lor. Wa lao.It's ur own fault of fooling us, not we fooling you lor.

Next is this week some of our site's broadband & our staff's handphone bills were TERMINATED coz we never pay Starhub bills since DEC.
In dec, when making payment, HR found out some mistakes and so 'tat one' passed the bill to HR, and till now she oso never go n chase or wad... Isn't it common sense that your service will be terminated if you never pay????
Then site complain again.. even one of our director's HP dio terminated. And when the thing happen this week, she oso bo chap. Just when ask her to prepare payment asap, she oso say her hand pain can't be quick etc etc. When the cheque is prepared, asked her to let boss sign, she just say 'now i become delivery girl'
WHAT?
And in e morning got urgent cheques, she just prepare e cheque n give me. Just leave me to go let mgrs check e cheques, n when they got qns ask me, i dun even know wad's e thing.
We hired a temp for 3mths to take over her AP tasks n maybe some AR tasks. This yr graduate from TP Dip in Biz IT. Waiting to go Uni... her results v v v gd, all As and Distinctions.. Even SIP oso pass with commendation.
Then the temp came on Thurs. Wed we told her Thurs can teach her the payment voucher filing. Coz since b4 CNY till now de payment vouchers all she never file, just throw behind at a empty desk. 超跨张的. I got take photos of the mess, will upload next time let ur see.
But she told my FM that maybe she need to go see doc n not coming... Mon oso mayb not coming.. Then my FM bo bian got to learn her filing from her in Wed lunch time, then Thurs she teach e temp.. Felt v bad to let FM teach e temp FILING lor.. Feedback to boss let me learn but they dun agree coz i've got lots to do. My FM joke with me say FM= filing manager so it's ok.
And Thurs she really never come.... Su ka su ka don't come de lor.
Her things really got a lot outstanding... We saw a pile of cheques, some is alr signed, some haven sign coz got question from boss.. She just throw them all in a basket hidden with those payment vouchers and never intend to solve lor.
This week is also our closing deadline. She've got 2 full-set a/cs on her hand ma. These will temporary pass to another asst. FM because can't let e temp do. But this month she oso not doing, the asst. FM do... But she never do her filing all e while... The asst. FM can't do closing, she got to spend a lot time do her filing properly, then OT to close those accs lor... Pissed.
B4 CNY got one cheque got prob, we take back to re-issue to the sub-con... Till NOW, she still haven't... and i can't find the sub-con claim already!!! I want to issue payment oso cannot!!! Dunno where she put!!! Bet she oso can't find.
Haix... if mon she never come i got to issue those delayed payment as urgent payment. Really very pissed by her irresponsibility.
I think our boss ask her to do handover list. She asked them 'y now then ask me to do?!'
Haix....Really cannot stand her.............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Another thing i can't stand is my mentor completely ignores her irresponbility as well. She just leave her and let her be. She's v gd with her. And she only listens to what my mentor asked her to do. If anyone of us ask her something about some particular payment, she will get agitated irritated and attitude comes... But if my mentor ask, she will 'oh it's with me. now i prepare now i prepare for you...' super polite.
Sometimes i feel that this gang of ppl is not ard will be better.
Her farewell lunch is in charge by me. Very don't feel like arranging anything. -.-
Skipped law lec. Don't feel like studying anymore. NO time! Don't need to go lesson de feel is damn good de lor.... Hate studying.
