Yay my "life" aim lol.. Policies - Eligibility Conditions to Buy a resale EC (Executive Condominium) Eligibility Conditions= Citizenship-Singapore Citizens (SC) or Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR). Family Nucleus Buyers of resale ECs need not form a family nucleus as in the purchase of a new EC. A single person above 21 can also buy and own a resale EC. Worst right.. Even more unrealistic.. But only this can 21yrs old leh.. the others need 35. But most important is to get my SPR.. A lot of u might not know, i'm a foreign student, but i stay in sing since i'm k2. lol I must graduate, work, get work permit, duno how LONGGG later then can apply SPR. Even get SPR oso must save like siao and super long then can afford to buy a condo! Jia You ba. lol Another prob is my parents hard to allow me to move out and stay alone. (PS: my parents know i'm very interested in the mediabiz job, they even told their friends abt it.. but when i told them STRONGLY that i'm interested in the eSMA course [previous post], they don't allow! i never want them to sponsor me any cent leh! wa lao.. cannot accept this. they say "learn liao can be DJ meh, learn no use waste the $, find a decent job after graduate... ... ... ..." i also know i learn liao oso no use, but i wan to learn ma! at least no regrets becoz i know i alr learnt abt something that i'm strongly interested in. not as if i learn liao won't find a decent job. bleah =p he beat me i oso muz learn. =PPP)
