Anyway for my 1st-day course today:
Please call me reach-early queen. Last week when i went to pay $, the person asked me to reach at 6.30, but i reached at 5.. which is 1.5 hr earlier..
Today our reporting time is 1.45pm, but i reached at 12.30pm.. Duh!
We have to use ezlink to exchange a mediacorp visitor pass at e reception, then the 宣傳主任 of 933 lead us into another building to level 2 a room to have our 1st lesson..
Today is 慧詩 teaching us 電台運作/廣播的過去現在未來.
Actually before i decided to sign up this, i already knew that it is impossible for me to become a DJ coz it's really hard.. The market is so limited and there's many more others who may hav more passion and more talent than me..
So i only want to go n learn something to 滿足 myself..
I just hope that i can find a job relating to any tv/radio production.. But it's reali hard to find isn't it.. ha..
There is total 27 people who signed up.. The oldest one is a housewife who alr has a 10 and a 11-yr old children.. But she looks young =))
The youngest one is 13 yrs old..
There's a lot poly-graduate like me, and some uni graduates..
there are 3 others malaysians..
Coz we have a self-intro (which i predicted and did some preparation at home le), heard 2 or 3 people is that their Mothers heard this course over the radio and asked them to sign up de lor..
OMG within 2 days i seen these wonderful mothers la.. Yesterday whereby moms try to help daugthers to see FLH very much, today whereby moms asked their child to sign up this course..
Maybe it's just because these mothers know that their daughters have interest in it, and hope to help them to go for it while they're young.. and my mom doesn't consider what i like..
Other people say '我的媽媽叫我來參加', i have to say '我是瞞著我的媽媽來參加的' lol.. but i didn't say this of coz..
ha.. everyone other than a short self-intro, also have to say something abt urself that other ppl dunno. other than saying i'm a malaysian n stayed in SG since 6yrs old, i oso said that when i 1st like 廣播, it's because of UFM 100.3's DJ REI in 2001, after he left for japan and i can't adapt to the new style of the revamp 100.3, therefore i switched to 933 in 2002..
then she asked me so i am planning to apply Uni? i said nope, will find a accounting-related job first. I don't want to fix myself into a field because after Uni, most probably i have to be in the related industry of my studies as Uni fees isn't cheap.. So my plan is to work and slowly find out what i really want before i force myself to study in something which i've not really confirmed i want to be in. then she said that's another way out also.
my mom keep asking where i go, then i tell her to ask my dad then my dad told her..
then she keep asking 學了可以做什麽? haix
i given up explainin to her abt [interest],[dream] this kinda thing liao.
i juz need to tell her 在哪裏工作，薪水多少 after i found job..
ok.. tml is 麗儀&瑪莉 teachin us 主持人的技術準備和心理準備/戶外主持. anyway, fri 俊欣(高級音樂總監) will let us 錄音.. kinda excited but at e same time afraid.. ha..
and tml hav to go sch in e morning for e celebration blah blah thingy.. hav to leave early though..
